I am very happy with the Service I receive. I am a previous BMW owner (4 of them to be exact) and I am very happy with my new Genisis. We went the following day and we were greeted by Timothy Crawley, a saleman with the dealership. He was extremely helpful and we had a good idea of the financial aspect and the specifics of the car before leaving. I was impressed by the professional rather than zoo like atmosphere that most dealerships have. We called in the next day to go ahead and purchase the car. Everyone tried to make sure I had everything I needed from the Manager of the dealership, to Timothy, to the gentleman who handled my financing. It was a great experience as a whole. Since I have purchased my vehicle I have received nothing less in their professionalism and service. Tim and the guys go out of their way to help me.
