Well, Hank was very honest and forthcoming about what they had to offer. Even when I told him that the price was too expensive, he stayed in a good mood and told me he would get his manager to see how he they had to offer. He showed me the various cars and took his time to explain the quality of Hyundai. He never made me feel uncomfortable and even when I said I was leaving he did not hassle me to buy the car. I finally made the decision to make a purchase. Hank stayed in touch with me even after the purchase. I would recommend him to any customer out there. More

I walked into Rick Case in Roswell and was met by the most amazing person, Tim Crawley. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, kind and very patient. He was not pushy, condescending or impatient. He was willing to let me drive any car I was interested in and thoroughly explained all things digital. When I had decided to purchase, he pulled my three favorite color cars right next to one another, making the decision easier. I can sum up my experience with TIM CRAWLEY at Rick Case in Roswell in one word...delightful. More

Never thought I would buy a Hyundai(always owned Toyota's) but everything he explained to me about the car, warranty, etc. was the best I saw from any manufacturer. After the test drive went into the dealership to see about my trade and thought the games would begin, but they didn't. Greg and Hank came in to speak to me about the deal and it was exactly what I expected. What a great experience! I have owned car for a couple of days now and the excitement has not worn off. Thank you Hank and Greg for making it a pleasurable experience! More
I just purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Rick Case Hyundai. Everyone at the dealership was exceptionally kind and professional. Normally, I hate to shop for cars. It has always seemed so stressful for me. However, Rick Case was a completely different and enjoyable buying experience. Tim Crawley welcomed us when we first came in the dealership. He was very friendly, not pushy at all, and made us feel right at home. We had surveyed the Internet for the types and models of cars my wife was looking for. So, Tim showed us the features and benefits of those vehicles and was very knowledgeable. We took test drives with him, and he pointed out important things all long the way. He is very familiar with the car market, and was able to show us how other vehicles we were considering stacked up against the two Hyundai models we were interested in and had already shopped for. Tim is a real pleasure to work with, and we were impressed my his knowledge and his easy, friendly, manners. Pete Yeo also was extremely helpful to us. He showed us all of the extra things we could buy for the vehicle like inside/outside protecterant, and he explained the warranties in detail, so we we certain we were covered. I had already lined up financing for this buy and thought I had a pretty good deal. However, Pete did extensive searching among his providers and found us an even better deal that my source would not match. This saved us a good bit on interest charges over the life of the loan. My wife was in a wreck, and this was the reason we were looking for another vehicle. I started out by talking to a good friend at a luxury car dealer across the street from Rick Case where I had bought the now wrecked car. We (nor he) could any longer afford any model that his dealership was selling. He recommended that we go to Rick Case across the street and said he highly recommended them. He had recently bought a Sonata there for his wife and told us what a good deal he got and about the quality of the buying experience and service. His wife says she "loves the car." Everything he said proved to be true. We are very satisfied with our purchase of the Hyundai Sante Fe. It is just what we were looking for. We had already visited other car dealerships that had models we were interested in and decided the Sante Fe was the car we wanted. I was surprised at how easy Tim and Pete made the buying experience for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely purchase my next car there. More

I have since taken my car in for some routine work and the guys in the shop were nice and quick with the work. They also seemed very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Friendliness has been excellent and still continues to be. Every now and then I hear from Tim, just to check on the car and how I'm doing. Most times we just have a brief chat, but one instance I needed him to check on something and he did an did it quick, as to not leave me on hold for too long. The price was amazing. This relates to the first paragraph; I knew what I wanted to purchase and Tim accepted that. More

I am very pleased with my new Hyundai Elantra. The fuel economy is great. The blue tooth technology is great as well. The trunk is very spacious for a compact car. I have enjoyed driving my Elantra.
