We went the following day and we were greeted by Timothy Crawley, a saleman with the dealership. He was extremely helpful and we had a good idea of the financial aspect and the specifics of the car before leaving. I was impressed by the professional rather than zoo like atmosphere that most dealerships have. We called in the next day to go ahead and purchase the car. Everyone tried to make sure I had everything I needed from the Manager of the dealership, to Timothy, to the gentleman who handled my financing. It was a great experience as a whole. Since I have purchased my vehicle I have received nothing less in their professionalism and service. Tim and the guys go out of their way to help me. Well, Hank was very honest and forthcoming about what they had to offer. Even when I told him that the price was too expensive, he stayed in a good mood and told me he would get his manager to see how he they had to offer. He was willing to let me drive any car I was interested in and thoroughly explained all things digital. When I had decided to purchase, he pulled my three favorite color cars right next to one another, making the decision easier. Never thought I would buy a Hyundai(always owned Toyota's) but everything he explained to me about the car, warranty, etc. was the best I saw from any manufacturer. After the test drive went into the dealership to see about my trade and thought the games would begin, but they didn't. Greg and Hank came in to speak to me about the deal and it was exactly what I expected. What a great experience! I have owned car for a couple of days now and the excitement has not worn off.
