Anthony and Greg went above and beyond to locate the car I wanted, and we received a fair price for our trade-in. They guaranteed us that buying the car was just the beginning of our dealer/customer relationship. Alex took his time explaining finance options and addressing questions. We first bought a pre-owned 2009 Santa Fe back in July. The car broke down on us 4 times for the same problem,and one time with the orginial owner. Finally after the 4th breakdown and loaning us the Veracruz (which we fell in love with) we had no choice but to get rid of the lemon Santa Fe. Plus the week before I had my SUV in for the 3000 miles check up and they didn't even check that, but it should have been found before I purchased my SUV.
