Great efficient service! I had an issue with my 2013 Sonata. After a complete run around at a tire shop I went into Rick Case in Roswell and the service couldn't have been any I had an issue with my 2013 Sonata. After a complete run around at a tire shop I went into Rick Case in Roswell and the service couldn't have been any better. Ian listened to the bad experience I had and went with me to the parts department to make sure they had the exact part I needed (part of the issue with the tire shop was continuously getting the wrong part) and then had the job completed in under the amount the amount of time quoted and at a price that was less than $10 more than the tire shop. I was impressed because we all know dealership service can be more expensive. I came back the following week for some other work I knew I needed done. Again I worked with Ian and while it was a very busy day he never broke a sweat and had a pleasant attitude the entire time. Again the service was completed in under the time quoted and he even gave me a coupon which I was not aware of that reduced the price from what I was originally quoted. I trust Ian and the staff and Rick Case Roswell Hyundai and will certainly be returning for future service needs in my Sonata. Great job!! More

I was watching the Genesis classic and fell in love This is my 2nd Genesis. I purchased a fully loaded 2014 Genesis from Malcolm Burden of Rick Case. I was watching the Genesis classic and fell in love with the G80. I had a price I was going to pay for the vehicle with the ultimate and performance packages. I knew exactly what color I wanted Black/Black. Malcolm made certain I felt comfortable. I met Chris Smith and have to say these two gentlemen were a joy to work with. There were some issues with the delivery however Malcolm and Chris went out of their way to make everything right plus some. My wife will drive the 2014. Rick Case Hyundai is lucky to have Malcolm and Chris working there. I'm a happy customer. More
