Seems like all they care about now is to get you in the door and sell you a car, jacking up new vehicle prices with unwanted dealer xx extras. But if you need to schedule service(s) for your vehicle, good luck with that. Since I bought my new 2022 Sonata last December, I have not been able to get anyone to answer the service line, the main line or parts line, let alone returning my call in a timely manner when I leave a message. The website to schedule a service appointment is a joke. All of this adds up to xxxx poor "after the sale" customer service. Find a trustworthy auto shop near you and have them do the recommended Hyundai services (and document them) to maintain your new car warranty. Bite the bullet and go in person if you need warranty work or consider the inconvenience of taking it to another, better rated dealership. More
