Total waste of time I saw this dealership advertise preowned Kia Cadenza's on cars.com. I set up time with dealership in advance and validate that the cars are there for I saw this dealership advertise preowned Kia Cadenza's on cars.com. I set up time with dealership in advance and validate that the cars are there for me to drive down as it would have been a long drive for me. Long story short, I was made to wait half an hour and then was told that the specific car that I had specifically inquired (and was ensured was on the lot and available), was sold in that half hour I was made to wait. I was also told that the car I was interested in had 35000 miles on it and not 20k miles as was advertised on cars.com. It was clear that it was total BS. It seemed that the people in the dealership could care less about why I was there or how they can help me. It is one of the worst experiences and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever. They didnt respect my time and the inconvenience they caused me, they could care less if they earned my business or not. They dont have any credibility as far as I am concerned. BTW, I bought my Kia Cadenza next day from Gunther Kia at Sunrise. It was the day and night difference of how they treat their customers vs Rick Case Kia in Sunrise. I will recommend everyone interested in Kia to go see Niko at Gunther Kia and work with him instead of wasting their time with Rick Case Kia. More

Eventually, they claimed to have sold it the day before. Two managers later admitted that they do not check inventory when someone calls. It was a classic bait and switch. I have used Rick Case for parts and service for many years. Never again. They are the syereotypical used car salespeople. More
