When I first bought my 2014 Mazda 6 the service department was great. I used to get free car wash, and $25.00 check. Now it seems like they have a higher turn over rate with employees. Too much tasting time, 2:15 pm appointment, got a message by 2:22 pm with a link that my car is under service process. The process was done by 3:00 pm cuz I can see from the side window. Long wait times for simple service tasks considering I already had an appointment. Extremely outdated facilities and lounge area. We were literally standing in a warehouse. If work was appropriately quoted I would’ve simply brought in the vehicle a day before and not wait on it. All that was done on the car was regular scheduled maintenance. I’ve owned a VW for 15 years and never have experienced such subpar service. I wasn’t to emphasize that my service advisor was very friendly and professional, but the facility is what made this be so bad. Will definitely be using a different dealer in the future. More
