To Update: problem is still not fix, but to be fair, I’ll update this review. - I got the loaner a day after they asked me to wait another week (pleasant surprise). It got delivered to my home, which is greatly appreciated, as it saved me a trip. - I also spoke to Shaun and Will about the situation and they were very nice and understanding. They did send me updates on the process and what was going on with it while it was in the shop. Long story short, there was some CMV issue, and parts are on back order, and they have no idea how long the wait time is, months..years..who know? - I was advised to contact MazdaUSA, which I did, and they told me to go talk to the dealership manager, which I did.. it’s a full circle .. Spoked to Avery, who told me there’s an option to trade in the car (estimated to be about $3k Less than what I paid for) or read up on the lemon law (MazdaUSA did mentioned this as well, was not expect to hear it again). Not an ideal answer I was looking for. - Yes, I understand that It could be worst than the infotainment problem, it might be a small problem to them . But I did spend money to buy new car to use new car functions, and should there be a problem? - I’m updating this review, mainly because the problem started with the manufacture, and Shaun was extremely professional when talking to me, and The staffs did get back to me in a timely matter via phone. - Would I recommend this dealership? I would say yes, but make sure to triple check your car before you drives off, in my case, I did not have a cord to test the screen at pick up time... - I’ll update once more when everything is situated. ———— So I bought the car on the 12-17-21.. came back with it on the 12/20th, because there was a problem with the screen (it glitches when I tried to use CarPlay). They updated the system for the screen and send me home (still didnt fix it). Brought it back again on the 12/29th (they did not know what was going on, told me to come back the following Monday for a loaner) ... I came back on 1/3 (b/c they told me too come a loaner, showed up and you didnt have it). They Told me to wait a week.. I waited a week, and now they are telling me to wait another week for the loaner? This got dragged out since December 2021.. When you buy a car at 8 mileage drive out. There should not be any issue with it. I brought it back so many time and it seems like they are running me in a circle. It is a new car. There shouldn't be any issue. It is now January, 2022 and I still Have NOT gotten the issue fixed. Extremely disappointed More
Everyone was very helpful and courteous. One of the only dealerships they actually had cars available. No crazy dealer fees. They had a very family feel and we really enjoyed our experience. Service department wasn’t open and ready at their stated opening time of 7:30 am. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to do intake- and didn’t leave the facility until almost 8am.
