Their second tier service is awesome! After my service was botched, they really took care of me. However, I arrived early in the morning for an appointment only to find out they might not After my service was botched, they really took care of me. However, I arrived early in the morning for an appointment only to find out they might not even be able to get to my car that day. I told them the fuse replacement wouldn't fix the problem, but that was their first line fix. Of course it didn't work. I would like better communication about what to expect when I bring my car in. It would be nice to get at least a daily update if my car isn't ready that day. Mind you, they gave me a great loaner car when my repair was delayed, and even stayed a bit late so I could pick up my car when it was finally ready. They even didn't charge for the part when their first fix didn't work. More

I put my car for do some work on it, when I come to pay they did things I didn’t ask and try to make me pay for extra things. When I live I notice my car still was not fixed and I go another place pay agai they did things I didn’t ask and try to make me pay for extra things. No other auto dealership service department has ever taken that approach to be transparent with me as a customer. The work was performed efficiently and was completed an hour earlier than they anticipated. Complimentary car wash and key battery replacement was also very appreciated. This is my go to Mazda dealership for any service work my Mazda requires. More
