Terrible service and even worse follow through. Original booking made online was never in the system when I showed up. Made another appointment in person where I was never given an estimate, electronics in booking made online was never in the system when I showed up. Service Advisor was very nice & pleasant to talk to. Advisors from previous visits are no longer there which seemed a little surprising. Disappointed that the service video is no longer offered. When my car was completed I was handed a carbon copy check off sheet and no one explained to me what it was. I looked it over and had to ask questions regarding comments and service codes on the sheet that I am not familiar with. This must be something new because it was the first time I have ever seen one. Jonathan was very professional and friendly. He knew I had my child with me and couldn’t spend hours buying my new car so he was efficient and thorough and got us out in a expedient way. Some suggestions would be to have the tag purchasing process in writing so that it can be referred to. Also some You Tube videos on how to operate all the bells and whistles in the car would be helpful. More
Had to wait two weeks to get an appointment. The service was fast. I got it all done in two hours. Friendly staff but not sure of all the services and packages. Its very expensive too. Sales department was courteous and efficient when I bought my certified pre-owned CX-3 in 2020. I used to have no issues with the Service department but it seems like they have had some staff turnover bought my certified pre-owned CX-3 in 2020. I used to have no issues with the Service department but it seems like they have had some staff turnover and customer service has suffered. I hope that they resolve their staff issues and bring service back to the excellence they used to have. More
