Experience was great. I went to another dealer to buy a car and they could not find the car and made me wait for 10 days and still do not have the car. Purchased a used car from Rick Case Mazda . I understand used cars are as is, but they were not truthful yon the ‘as is ‘ condition. I had a blow out due to the poor condition of the tires-they said the used cars are as is, but they were not truthful yon the ‘as is ‘ condition. I had a blow out due to the poor condition of the tires-they said the tires were’ nearly new’’ when in fact they were in bad condition-Not visible to naked eyes. It cause damage to both right side tires. Thankfully I was not hurt. In addition I was told that the vehicle had an oil change. During regular regular maintenance checks it was discovered that the vehicle was empty of transmission fluid, washer fluid and coolant. The oil looked fine but who knows what kind of oil it is. Thanks to My diligence and checking things the Vehicle is ok. I emailed the dealership of the happenings and have received no word whatsoever from the dealership. Nothing. I would reconsider buying from them. More
