The quality of the customer service at this location is waning. I’m not a fan of Jeff in the service department. He has a major attitude with customers. He acts like he doesn’t like his job. I have been using Rick case Mazda in Duluth December 21st will be 4 years. They have put tires on fixed my AC and brakes rotors oil changes each time it's due. This last oil change whoever left cap off on my will be 4 years. They have put tires on fixed my AC and brakes rotors oil changes each time it's due. This last oil change whoever left cap off on my oil made a mistake had oil every where they did come pick up car and cleaned motor made sure enough oil was in my car.
