I was looking for a CRV and Rick Case had it. The year and the model i wanted. Grey Fenn helped my in the process, by email and in person. Grey customer service was excellent. Reason why? it was HONEST, something that today it is difficult to find. Grey wasnt pushy like other dealerships and try to work out with my budget. The transaction was smooth and the dealership compromised to fix minor details on the car. Grey even gave me a ride after I dropped off my car. For all these reasons and mainly for offering a good customer service with courtesy and honesty I gave Gray Fenn two thumbs up! CG More
I bought a 2010 Mazda3 Grand Touring hatchback from Grey at Rick Case Mazda back in July. It was the first car I looked at when I decided to replace my 2003 Civic Hybrid but it wasn't the only. I really had no idea which car was the right one for me when I started looking and I spent months looking at different makes and models and test driving before I settled on the Mazda3 Through all the waffling and stalling on my part, Grey was a great resource. He was truly interested in helping me find the right car for my needs. He helped me find and consider the comparable vehicles both by direct recommendation and by showing me the information available at Kelly and Edmunds to verify his recommendations independently. He happily took me on multiple test drives not just in the Mazda3 but in multiple vehicles available at the Rick Case dealerships in the vicinity. From the first time we said hello to signing the papers, it was busy couple months on my part. Grey never once pestered or pressured me and was always available to answer questions. When we settled down to negotiate the price and options he didn't yank me around like people expect from car salesmen. I got a very well equipped vehicle at an amazing price and took delivery the next weekend exactly when it was convenient for me. From test drive to delivery, the entire process was smooth and wonderful. The only problem came in when dealing with the tag. It took the title department about 6.5 weeks to get the paperwork to the county offices. Around the end of the 30-day window for registering the vehicle I was leaving for an out-of-state vacation so I got on the phone with Grey and he confirmed the state of the paperwork, acknowledged the problem but since he couldn't get it fixed himself before I had to leave town, he explained and helped me through the DMV's extension process. It wasn't a flawless transaction but Grey was great. More
Peter Yeo who happens to be the General Manager is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is downright honest, to the point, and no mundane negotiating tactics. His help Robert is a gentleman but he needs work on his knowledge of cars as well as the basics of the car selling business. He was friendly and he worked to the best of his abilities to keep me happy. On the other I hand, I would have appreciated if Randall the finance manager was more honest in outlining the financing options and that happened to be the only sore spot I had in the whole car buying process More

I recently bought a Mazda3 iTouring from Rick Case. My experience with the dealer and with salesman Grey Fenn was excellent. I first started looking almost exactly a year before I bought, then decided to experience with the dealer and with salesman Grey Fenn was excellent. I first started looking almost exactly a year before I bought, then decided to continue to rely on my old car (another Mazda) for a while longer. Grey kept in occasional touch via email, never pushy or insistent just asking if I was still interested etc. A year or so later when I became serious about buying, Grey and the folks at Rick Case worked with me to find exactly the car with exactly the options I wanted, which wasn't a common one. They found one at another dealer, made me a deal that seemed every bit as good as they offered on what they had on the lot and came in under what my online research lead me to expect to pay, and had it delivered by flatbed with something like 8 miles on the odometer. Since I kept my old car I couldn't drive both home, and Grey delivered my new one to my house. He was excellent to work with each step of the way. My experience with the service department has been more limited, in taking my old Mazda there a few times and buying a couple of dealer installed accessories for the new one, but I've had no problems at all with them either. My 2011 Mazda 3 is a great car, and I fully expect to get service as good out of it as I have out of my 2003 Protege5 which now has 210k miles and is still going strong as my second car. More
