I am just amazed that this dealer got an award for service. My experience over 4-5 visits trying to get warranty work done (2025-2026) was the worst I have ever experienced at a car dealership. Biggest frustration was that they would press me for reviews of service and then be totally non-responsive when I would list my complaints and difficulties with the dealership. It was difficult to get anyone to answer my calls about my vehicle and once, they left me stranded at my office and closed the dealership on me with no mention of what was going on with my vehicle or service. My first service for my new 2026 GMC Acadia Elevation. Work was completed as promised in very reasonable time- roughly 1 hour. Staff were all pleasant, helpful- kept me up to date with progress - sent pictures/video with work done and detailed narrative. Very pleased with my first interaction with Rick Hendrick GMC in Duluth, GA. Had a great experience purchasing this vehicle- love the Acadia and now I am pleased with their service department. More
