Great dealership till they have your money. I’ve been trying to get my tag. My 30 day tag went dead and I can’t get this dealership to help me. Andrew was professional, courteous, and fast with the wrap up of my financing. OB helped with the initial paperwork and was kind enough to help me move my items to the loaner they provided until my vehicle arrives later this week. From the front desk (pleasant and friendly service there 2) until you drive off the lot, this team was fantastic. It really is nice to have consistent and great service when making this kind of purchase. DB More
Mark up sale price with these unnecessary dealer options. For example, charged 199 for wheel locks. Wheel locks are certainly cheaper at the auto parts store. Plus they come with certain options on your vehicle for free. Charge 500 dollars to tint the front glass. But the tint does not match the rear glass. The dealer options adds $4000-$6000 dollars back to the cost of the car. I was quoted for an item that had not been installed. That item was $2500. Just ridiculous! It’s not enough with these high interest rates, but now we have shady pricing with dealer options. Customers be ware More

Finance insulted us by telling us alot has changed since we last bought a new truck. No, I'm pretty sure honestly hasn't changed. Low balled our car. Shady operation. We don't remember the finance man who presented the numbers to us, but he is a real piece of work. The only good experience was our sales consultant, Kenneth. He was kind, courteous, professional, and upfront. FYI.. we traded later this day with a dealership that paid what our trade was worth and we feel that we paid a fair and reasonable price for the truck. We don't expect the dealerships not to make money, but we also don't expect to be ripped off and they make all their money on us. We won't ever be back, not even so much for an oil change. We'll never trust them again. The finance guy was the worst we've ever dealt with. More
