Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this dealer at all cost! Went and tried to purchase a very slightly used Sierra yesterday. As I was waiting for the salesman to get a gas card to fill up, I happened to look at the original sticker in the glove box. $68,000 was original list price. When I sat down with the numbers guy, they wanted $78,000 plus all kinds of crazy fees. I went to another dealer and got a brand new truck with every option you can imagine for $68,000. Plus, they gave me $5000 more for my trade in. I saved over $18,000 by not buying from Rick Hendrick GMC, plus got a way nicer truck! More
Do NOT recommend buying and vehicle from this dealership. Spoke to a salesman named Ken and texted info back and forth. Was told by him we could make my deal I proposed happen! His Sales Manager would have everything ready and Truck was ready out front! I arrived with the truck in the car wash and no said deal written up and mysteriously the salesman’s sales manager he supposedly talked to was not there! I was lied to and drove a hour and a half to just leave in 15 minutes of arriving! Lied to and mislead to try to buy something cheaper! Even had texts to prove deal that was made! Just tried to buy a new truck 2500 HD using the "from home" feature (Online) looked at available inventory, went through selection process, picked out one I liked, followed the easy to use site. Credit got pinged, as expected, and got a confirmation with order number that said I would be contacted to complete down payment and delivery instructions. FROM HERE ON OUT BEWARE. Apparently RHBGMC sold a truck online that was not available, A very nice young man contacted me. He was great, however the bait and switch by the dealership no mater what the reason is a trust issue that is almost impossible to overcome. So everyone BEWARE when buying online with Rich Hendrick, they may not have what you are buying and your credit may be needlessly pinged. I gave the young man Five stars because he really was great in a very tough situation. We'll see how much character the dealership has now. The young man has plenty. They need to keep him. More
On 4/2/21 I brought in my car to Rick Hendrick Buick GMC Duluth for a routine oil change, after the service was performed I drove off the lot for about 4 miles and the check oil level monitor system came on Duluth for a routine oil change, after the service was performed I drove off the lot for about 4 miles and the check oil level monitor system came on, I immediately pulled over to a parking lot and check the dipstick and confirmed that the engine did not have oil. It is apparent to me that an auto serviceman forgot to put oil back in my car. I immediately called the dealer and reported the incident. The dealership told me to bring the car back, I could not drive the vehicle in this condition and I had it towed back to the dealership. When I arrive a spoke with Mrs. Kristyn Johnson and informed the situation, she got a technician and verify that the oil level was low. The technician added oil to my vehicle in from of Mrs. Johnson. They, (3) technicians took the car back to maintenance bay and performed a multi-point inspection. They performed another oil change and reported that no damaged to the engine was found. More
Wow thought my poor experience was maybe an off day problem. Was in the dealer yesterday to buy a third car for commuting and errands. Found the same as other reviewers with many added on accessories and fees that are just completely unneeded. Added an extra $3500 to a $25k vehicle. Uh maybe they should rethink this scam (+14% to the MSRP). When questioned about the add-ons I got an attitude of elitism like I was a moron for not seeing the value. Pretty poor way to treat someone who grew up under the GM brand, hold an GM employee discount and a Hendrick returning customer. Best part is no one even tried to call the next day and work something out. Your loss as I bought the same vehicle from another dealer the next day AND I am shopping for a $90k+ Denali...... No reason to give them that much larger business. Best of luck boys. Guess all you really know is “shake n’ bake”. More

General Manager Michael Darnadi drop the ball over an SD was missing in my truck. This is poor customer service which it was there reasonability. He had me go to another GMC address his issue that he could was missing in my truck. This is poor customer service which it was there reasonability. He did mention that all there cars with a tag of Hendrick go and service with them. GMC customer service did mention if Michael Danardi had call GMC they could have handle it very simple. More
