Basically unfriendly. there is no greeting by all 3 service advisors when you enter the bay. No call back when car is ready, or if there is a delay in the service work. My husband and I was looking to buy a new car. When we talked to Chuck, I told him what I wanted and he found it for me, a red GMC and it was loaded. He took us for a test drive, and it was great.
