This was the first time I had purchased a car on my own and the team made things easy, informative and trustworthy. The car I wanted was not available on the lot, but they found one in another state before I left the dealership. Additionally, they provided me with a "rental" car while I waited for MY car to be shipped to this store. I never felt pressured. I never felt that I was being "taken advantage of" because I am a woman. My salesman was bright and personable and had the answers to all the questions I asked. When I asked a question he was not completely sure, he told me the truth and hurried off to make sure of the correctness of his answer. When the dealership learned what day my car would arrive, Mark called me the evening before and told me it was due in the next day and that they would call once it was ready for pick-up. He called the next day and told me everything was ready. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was washed, filled with gas and ready to go. After waiting for about 15 minutes to finalize things with the finance department, I was out a little over an hour after I had arrived. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Buick/GMC. I am not surprised that Hendrick Buick/GMC is this kind of dealership. My family has purchased about five cars from Hendrick in Charlotte, North Carolina. Hendrick has a great reputation up there and is one reason why I looked for Hendrick here in the Atlanta area. First off, I had such a terrible experience at Jim Ellis and Carl black. As soon as I came into Rick hendrick I was immediately greeted with smiling faces at the door, Lexi had set an appointment with me an and Carl black. They gave me more than I expected for my trade since their corporate buyer, glen, was there! They found me a 2014 lacrosse that was black and cream like I like them!
