I had a nail in my left rear tire , called Hendrick Chevrolet and transferred to Chris B. He told me they had the tire and price said if i could bring my car to the dlrship they would get to it right a Chevrolet and transferred to Chris B. We bought a 2025 Traverse on 3/7/2025. We traded in a 2020 Traverse. We live in Michigan and were told that it would take 4-6 weeks before we received our title & registration from Michiga We traded in a 2020 Traverse. We have been driving for two months on a temporary license plate that expired on 4/5/25. We are coming up on three months, we’ve called our Secretary of State and were told that they have nothing from this dealership yet. We’ve called this dealership multiple times, sent emails and have left phone messages. They keep saying they will fix this, but nothing so far. We also asked to have an oil change package and an extended warranty package taken off our final bill. Nothing has been done on this either. We also purchased a paint and interior protection application. It was the end of the day ,they were booked up the next day and I was leaving to head north the day after they said they would get it done that night . The vehicle was ready less than 20 min later. After getting home I learned that application if done properly would take about 2 hours. So I believe I paid $800 for some less than I paid for. I’d be very wary of buying from here, if you are from another state. Their follow through is not what we thought it should be. More
