Well for one it took a whole week to get battery wipers a cabin filter and an alignment done then they sold warranty and replaced windshield camera although I’ve never had an issue with the camera before I d cabin filter and an alignment done then they sold warranty and replaced windshield camera although I’ve never had an issue with the camera before I drive a fleet vehicle a large fleet account that has over 1000 Chevy 3500 Silverado throughout the country and it took them that long to get me my truck back running at 20% capacity in a rental car unfortunately I had to go back-and-forth to get parts out of my truck while it was sitting at the dealer before they finally gave it to a mechanic to check it, and I was threatened with trespassing and arrest because I was in the parking lot looking for my truck early in the morning before they open their banking hour, my alignment came back exactly how I left it with the wheel 1° to the right in order to go in a straight line and if you straighten out the wheel, it says I’m going 1° left, Needless to say I will never go back to this dealer again. I bought my 2020 Silverado from this dealership six years ago and have been coming back for service. The customer service is amazing that is provided at this dealership. The service manager, Jessica is great ago and have been coming back for service. The customer service is amazing that is provided at this dealership. The service manager, Jessica is great and Chris Morar is an excellent service advisor who helped me tremendously with getting new tires for my truck. He is very honest and transparent when it comes to maintenance and repair costs. I trust this dealership completely especially the service department. I have had bad experiences with Estero Bay Chevrolet in the past which I previously used for service as it was slightly closer to my home, however, I came back to Rick Hendrick in Naples for routine maintenance and repairs do not regret my decision switching back.
