I went to the service department at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Naples, since my 2022 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 is still under bumper to bumper warranty. The door handles are painted blue and the paint is peeling off. The service department stated that it was wear and tear and not covered under warranty. The paint is obviously peeling off from the door handle. I never had a vehicle where the door handle's paint peel off. Obviously, it was a poor job done at the factory where the paint was not cured. I purchased the vehicle during COVID where manufacturers cut corners. The service director at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Naples basically stated that it could be repaired for almost 500 dollars. Why would I pay for something out of my pocket to fix that is still under warranty. I paid almost 50k for this vehicle. Paint peeling off should not be wear and tear for a 3 year old vehicle. This dealer has a reputation of not honoring warranty repairs if you did not purchased the vehicle from them. I also had a warranty repair done a year ago at the same place, the key was getting stuck in the ignition due to a faulty shifter switch, at first they gave me a hard time but ended up repairing it under warranty. I will never purchase nor take any vehicle to this place, I rather drive an hour away to Estero Bay Chevrolet. More

Well run and do good work in service department as long as yo don't have a warranty issue. This time they actually replaced my battery under warranty. Should have done this after the first time my battery as yo don't have a warranty issue. This time they actually replaced my battery under warranty.
