Simple jobs take forever I have even made appointments so I can be in and out quicker to no avail. A simple oil change takes over an hour and a half. I was offered a car wash I have even made appointments so I can be in and out quicker to no avail. A simple oil change takes over an hour and a half. I was offered a car wash but had to decline because it would have taken another hour. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone!!! I won't be a returning customer either. The only reason I do service there is because it was included in the sales contrsct. More

Jesse showed empathy and undersatanding on what my price range was due to not interfering with my retirement accounts for my family and my daughters college account. He knew what I was looking for and took great care of us. My daughter loves the truck and my wife keeps trying to trade me cars. Much better experience than with other local Chevy dealers Ryan was my service writer. Very friendly and seemed honest & straight-forward. Had estimates for some repairs I hadn't planned on. Thoroughly explained the problems and gave me what I believe was good advice on how to proceed. The repairs took a little longer than I expected and we did wait for awhile when we first arrived. Pricing was slightly better than other dealers in the area I've used. Quality of the repair service I received seemed OK although I noticed tires were over-inflated when I got my car back (that issue was quickly resolved). Appreciate the car wash. Also spent a fair amount of time discussing a possible new car purchase with Wade Beaber who was very helpful. He gave us a lot of good information and we took a test drive. Will definitely use Rick Hendrick for service in the future and likely check back with them if/when we decide to buy a new car. More

Imagine our dismay after we bought a factory Pre-owned Certified 2017 Volt hybrid plug in on May 15th from a dealer 3 hours from Naples that was prese Imagine our dismay after we bought a factory Pre-owned Certified 2017 Volt hybrid plug in on May 15th from a dealer 3 hours from Naples that was presented to us with a flat battery so late in the day we had no time to get it charged before driving home. Now add on the fact that we found the battery still flat after plugging in the charger the dealer provided overnight and had no idea whether the car doesn’t charge or the charger doesn’t work or both. On May 16th we talked to the Service Manger at the original dealership, who thankfully contacted our closest dealership, Enter Frank Cersosimo, Service Supervisor at Hendrick. Frank agreed to help out. And help out he did! We called Frank who took time to talk to us right away, and told us to come in and ask for him. We no sooner drove up to the service aisle when one of the staff approached us and said that Frank was expecting us and he would take the car for evaluation. After about ½ hour, Frank came to see us in the waiting room personally. He let us know that, thankfully, the car charges fine but the charger cable did not. He took us to the work bay and showed us the charging system he uses and how our car was doing. He even offered to let us leave the car on their charger in a bay in their shop for the five hours it would take to fully charge. While we didn’t leave it that long, we did leave it long enough to get about ? a battery charge. When we left, Frank gave us his card and told us to give him a call if ever we had a problem or question. We left feeling grateful and very completely and competently taken care of us as customers. Frank really went the extra mile! We look forward to a long and happy service relationship with him and Hendricks. Thanks 🙏 More

Great service and follow up! I brought my Camaro SS into Rick Hendrick Chevrolet for some warranty work and was quickly greeted by my service advisor, Lee. He got me written up qu I brought my Camaro SS into Rick Hendrick Chevrolet for some warranty work and was quickly greeted by my service advisor, Lee. He got me written up quickly and shuttled off to work on time! My car was finished on time when promised too! I've had a few issues in the past, but it appears that they have made significant quality changes in management and advisors! Very satisfied! More
