He took us to see the specific trucks we said we were interested in viewing. He quickly had us out for a test drive and answered our questions. Upon returning Austin introduced us to Fabian. We all sat down to discuss the purchase. My husband and I decided it was high for our budget. Fabian and Austin didn’t pressure us into a purchase but offered to check if there was something on the lot that would fit our wants and needs. They brought another truck up to the office for us to test drive. Both Fabian and Austin helped us to see this truck was what we were looking for in a vehicle. The best part it wasn’t through pressure tactics but honesty and transparency of going over a few other truck invoices. Even the paperwork process with Finance went well. Robert covered everything but kept the process moving forward. Robert continued to keep in contact several days after in regards to finishing the paperwork process and was very helpful. The only thing negative part of the purchase day was that it was Sunday and Robert was the only financial person in the office. It was a long wait between deciding to purchase and signing the paperwork. I am very satisfied with my experience at Rick Hendrick Chevy and even happier with my new ride. More

Horrible service I was unable to make the appointment when I wanted. My next service was due around 25000 mile mark. Because of this I went over by 400 miles. I was told that my next service would be free by the service person on the last visit. This time they told me I was over my 25000 mile limit and it void my free service. My spot was 3 pm. It took Terry over 10 minutes just to get me in the system. I was told it would be 1.5 hours until it was done. Just an oil change. I also ask for my wiper blades to be change. They did not. Worst service I have ever had. More
