Amazing service and staff Amy and I had been communicating back and forth regarding a few vehicles I was interested in. Dont go here The service Tech knew I was coming. He never greeted me he said to go inside and have a seat and will be with me in a minute. Two and a half hours lat The service Tech knew I was coming. He never greeted me he said to go inside and have a seat and will be with me in a minute. Two and a half hours later I went outside to see where he was. My car was sitting outside I had my other key so I went in the car and they did nothing. It was a bench next to the service tax office so I sat down. That is when the service tech talk to me. You said I needed a new radio display screen. I told him it was working just fine since they had the car the week before. He put the ticket back in another hour and a half later. They basically reset the computer and lo and behold my radio and my backup camera was working. I feel like they tried to soak me for even more money than I just paid the previous week. Their service department is going down. Not as good as it was a few years ago. I'm not sure I will go back. I felt very ignored. More

Oil change Terry took care of me. As soon as I drove up he greeted me told him that I Needed to get and oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later I Terry took care of me. Time to complete recall problem. Tried to get someone to roughly estimate time needed to take care of the recall problem I do realize it is difficult to estimate the time but If anyon Tried to get someone to roughly estimate time needed to take care of the recall problem I do realize it is difficult to estimate the time but If anyone had mentioned “at least 2 or more hours” I would have had someone pick me up to wait at home for the info on completion. Was a bit upset it took @ 2 1/2 hours. All this feeling disappeared when I realized the car had been cleaned inside and out. Thanks for that. More

Have had great service every time except the last visit Needed oil change tire rotation 4 wheel alignment and pointless dent removal done. Dropped truck off Tuesday afternoon because I know dealership would need it for a day or 2. Rented car and was to pick up Thursday. Got a call Wednesday and said all was completed and was ready. Pick it up and dent not fixed. Also service rep tried to advise that I didnt need alignment. I am very aware of my tricks needs and all service is thru the dealership. That being said I will bring it back to dealer on a Thursday and get sent repaired and but I believe they had plenty of time in the Tuesday to Thursday that they had it to complete the job. I did not ask for a loaner vehicle and paid for rental out of pocket. So I did not receive any perks. More
