My car was serviced by you on 10/02/18 (25,400 miles) and on 1/17/19 (30 I had my 2017 traverse serviced for an oil & filter change and tire rotation. My car was serviced by you on 10/02/18 (25,400 miles) and on 1/17/19 (30,273 miles and today. The service person told me that the air filter and cabin filter were in bad need of replacement. This was never brought to my attention in the two prior services. It makes me wonder how reliable your service really is and what else that is suppose to be checked that wasn't . More

Nice surprise for Saturday service I used to come to this dealership when it was formerly owned by someone else. I know when there’s a business buyout daily business tactics need to be re-sorted out to provide an updated version of customer service. So, it’s been quite a bit of time since now returning for a special key fob service on a Saturday afternoon. When i ordered the 2 key fobs from Danny over the phone a couple days before the weekend, there was no mention of making an appointment to get them programmed. I was told to just stop by and get them programmed. The guy at the parts counter asked me if I had an appointment to get them programmed and I told him Danny never mentioned I needed one. He then told me to locate Ed, up front, who works with checking people in for service. It took asking a very nice young man located in the first check out booth on the right past the main glass double doors who assisted in tracking down Ed for us. Ed was great to help get our key fobs programmed and told to go into the waiting room. He said it could take 45 minutes to an hour and cost me $75 each to program. In maybe 20 minutes Ed popped his head into the waiting room to get us! As we followed him back to his booth he mentioned that someone programmed the key fobs himself. He said it so fast I didn’t catch it but thought it may have been the Parts department Manager. If it was the manager, I didn’t get a chance to thank him. The 2nd surprise was that they charged me quite a bit less than the $75 each! So, their customer service was incredible on a Saturday afternoon! And Harry, my 2009 HHR is very happy, too! More
