My car was serviced by you on 10/02/18 (25,400 miles) and on 1/17/19 (30,273 miles and today. The service person told me that the air filter and cabin filter were in bad need of replacement. This was never brought to my attention in the two prior services. It makes me wonder how reliable your service really is and what else that is suppose to be checked that wasn't . More
