Service I did not have an appt but arrived shortly after you open and Ryan Malinowski took care of me and did a great job. Also, the ladies who work with you I did not have an appt but arrived shortly after you open and Ryan Malinowski took care of me and did a great job. Also, the ladies who work with your service advisor's are so sweet and helpful. I was leaking coolant and water and the car was serviced and then when I started home I noticed the car holding back when the speed got up to the 20-30 it did not want to go it felt like it wanted to stall out. I was scared to drive it to far and new that something was not right so I went back to the dealership and talked with Ryan again and he took it just to the end of the drive for the dealership and it did it to him plus the check engine light came on. Took it back to the Mechanic and turned out a hose was not put on all the way he fixed and the car was fine. Ryan did a great job. More

Remember you called me about trading in my 2016 cruze. When I told the salesmen it was a lease and I had decided to purchase the car he told me he could help me with that and I told him I had two months to go on the lease he said no problem I could come in and he would start the paperwork. After two hours I was asked how I was going to pay for it. I was under the impression I had two months left before I would have to pay. That being said I was told I would have to pay 500.00 to have the car inspected No sure what that is about since I have been the only one driving it for the past 40 months. they told me it was important to get the inspection done within 5 days and they would call me to set up an appointment still no call !. More
