I live in Venice Florida. I was shopping for a new Chevy Tahoe Premier for my Wife. The local dealer in Venice must really prefer keeping their vehicles, they were horrible. I I was shopping for a new Chevy Tahoe Premier for my Wife. The local dealer in Venice must really prefer keeping their vehicles, they were horrible. I began shopping around and found a vehicle at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Naples Florida.One and a half hours away. I went to negotiate a deal for the Tahoe. I met with George Tracy. George found the vehicle we were interested in. We took a test drive and had all our questions answered. What a difference. No games were played. A deal was made and kept. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming, The Finance representative even obtained a better interest rate then my own bank. Just incredible. The Service Manager Jack Nogueria was also extremely helpful. I can't say enough positive things about this Dealership. I am the type of person that would prefer to have a personal relationship with my Auto Dealer. They have gained my trust. I will also be getting all my vehicle service completed at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Naples. The peace of mind is worth the hour and a half drive. My wife is totally happy with her new vehicle. Within the coming months, I will be returning to purchase another vehicle for myself. This is now our family Dealership. Thank you to everyone we met, and assisted us with our Purchase. Went there today for my first car maintenance and Chris B was my service advisor, the process was smooth and fast, it took 30 minutes and I was on my way home. Service department is friendly, but I did not have a good experience. It took them over a week to repair my vehicle, and after spending over $5,000 the same issue occurred a month later so I had to take it experience. It took two weeks to fix, and when I asked for a loaner vehicle while they made repairs they said I need to rent a car on my own versus them providing one. Very poor service and not customer friendly - although it was their mistake they would not provide a vehicle for the two additional weeks they had my car to make the repairs again. More
