This is my experience after buying a vehicle at this dealership and calling with a few questions. Sales- I had a few questions regarding the vehicle. Sent to voicemail. My trade in has still not been paid off. Transferred to voicemail mail and left a message. No response. Saw vehicle advertised talked to salesman to ensure available. Drove 40 min. Drove it and wanted to buy it (cash)when salesman gave price it was 2000.00 over window sticker price. He still couldn't seem to get it to the advertised price even though they advertised fair and transparent pricing. He said if I took a loan it would lower price. I told him no. He then said if I applied for a GM Credit card that would save me 500.00. I told him I wanted the advertised price and when he could get that price to call us. He called 1 hr later and said it was sold. We went to Estero Bay and bought a wonderful vehicle at a great price More
