Unfortunately, I have to leave a very negative review for this dealership. I thought this would be a five star review when we first purchased our vehicle everyone seemed very friendly like in other reviews I this dealership. We will never use this dealership again and we’ll go back to Estero Bay Chevrolet, where we bought three other vehicles no issues. We came here to purchase only for inventory availability on a certain suburban we wanted. I hate to give any business a negative review as myself also a business owner, but the way our situation has been handled. It’s very well deserving of a negative review. Loosing customers over $500 mats taken out of new car very very petty. Horrible management. More
First , was my initial call for service department and left a voice mail. About 20 minutes later I received a call from a lady in North Carolina who could not answer my questions about getting in to ser left a voice mail. About 20 minutes later I received a call from a lady in North Carolina who could not answer my questions about getting in to service to get a new battery. But finally got to talk a person in sales who transferred me to service Drove from Ave Maria and used a neighbors car to follow me as I was quoted 4 hours or more to get the battery replaced. The whole matter was a pain , but your service advisor made it so much more pleasant by his assurance the work would get done as quickly as possible. His name is Jared Dickson. Good news a battery was still under warranty but had to pay approximately 50 bucks for labor. I have used Hendricks for all my service , including new tires. I’m surprised you don’t offer a long time customer a priority service appointment Thanks for sending me this survey as I was planning to write a letter to owner as to the special attention given time by Jared. I was told that the service department would call with their findings and recommended service that was needed. I was not told to look for an email with the problem identified, the part that needed to be r their findings and recommended service that was needed. My Corvette C7 was in for Chevrolet extended warranty work from November 21, 2024 - February 7, 2025. Over two months. I was never offered a loaner or rental. Specifically the transmission needed to be r work from November 21, 2024 - February 7, 2025. Over two months. I was never offered a loaner or rental. Specifically the transmission needed to be replaced (according to Chevy) and the convertible top needed three separate sensors. The dealer told me the time was so long because the warranty company was slow to respond. I bought the warranty through Chevy. Really not my issue. I will say Rick Hendrick seems to have done the jobs right. That is something. It is not enough for an excellent rating. My overall experience was average at best. More

The staff from beginning to end was nothing but stellar. My sales associate Gio was absolutely amazing. He communicated throughout the deal with me and what the process was. Giovanni (Gio) listened to me and my dad who went with me and took his time and was patient. He went over all the features of my vehicle. He went above and beyond and even drove over with me to get my husband's signatures for the vehicle while my husband was at work. I took a phone call from my mother in the car on my way back and Gio assured my mother of the safety of the vehicle and that it was going to be so safe for me and her grandchildren. My situation of needing a new car was also because of a loss of both keys and more. He told me to go get Air tag so the situation never happened to me again. I have never quite had an experience like this, especially in a car dealership. I hope you know what a stellar employee he is and what a wonderful staff you have. This is the Fourth Chevrolet me and my husband have purchased and I guarantee Chevrolet, Rick Kendrick Chevrolet ,and Gio will always have my business. On a sweet note I shared with Gio that we call my cars bob. My car was a marina blue metallic that I purchased and gio even said well this one's name has got to be baby Bob. My kids got a kick out of it and now we safely ride down the road in 'Baby Bob'! More
