First time at this dealership and was really amazed. I could go on forever about how great this dealership is...My mother in law came by my house to see my new truck and said she was looking for one but I could go on forever about how great this dealership is...My mother in law came by my house to see my new truck and said she was looking for one but did not like her past experiences on the east coast, I told her about my experience with my recent purchase at Hendricks in Naples about how very nice and polite the sales team was with me and how the salesman did not pressure sale. I was looking at a certain used truck and the salesman explained the difference of the truck I was looking at and a new different model and year truck, he asked me to test drive both trucks to let me see how both trucks drove, I wound up buying the second truck and am very pleased with it. My mother in law said she will be visiting Hendricks when she decides to purchase one. Also wanted to say the financing department was also great. and when you walk in the dealership the young lady working the desk was super also. More

Very disappointed in the condition of my vehicle,big dirty filthy grease prints on both door panels,seats,console and on the HEADLINER,needles to say the steering wheel was just as bad.They had to insta dirty filthy grease prints on both door panels,seats,console and on the HEADLINER,needles to say the steering wheel was just as bad.They had to install a new wheel and it was the wrong one,they told me it was the only one for that vehicle .I went online found the right one gave them the part number and got the correct one.There is a $206 dollar difference and I can’t get to over charge back, I proved to them they over charged me but I guess they don’t care. I hope the person that reads this cares and do something.PLEASE SEND THIS TO MR HENDRICKS ,SEE IF HE CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. And this is not the whole story. Thanks Mr Ventura PS. Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a 2019 ZL1 from them, titled as new. It had been the GM’s car and had 1300 miles on it. From the very moment that I signed the paperwork the trouble began. I Purchas them, titled as new. It had been the GM’s car and had 1300 miles on it. From the very moment that I signed the paperwork the trouble began. I Purchased this car site unseen as I live in Georgia. I was assured that the car was in immaculate condition. It was anything but, but more on that later. Even through the negotiations I was lied to and told that certain things were not agreed to and there was even disagreements within the employees. I tried to get the car shipped to me but I could never get them to set anything up. I then had to pressure them constantly until I finally had to compromise and let my sales manager son deliver the car to me by driving it up in the middle of the night. When it arrived it had extensive damage. I ended up taking it to the Rick Hendrick in Buford Georgia and there was over $1200 in repairs required. Yes, I realize this was a driven car but it looked abused. It was clear they made no attempt to even give the car a wash. I had to hound the dealer for paperwork and when I finally got it they had applied for the wrong Georgia tag. Or so I thought. Now, almost 2 months after purchasing the vehicle I get a call saying they never filed for my plates!!! Never do business with this group! More
