Terry was great! We were from Ohio and our AC broke. Terry and his team diagnosed and fixed it promptly and got us out the door. He suggested a few other items but didn’t press us to get them done. You have lots active in your service department with folks scurrying about quite briskly. Everyone seems to be in a hurry to get somewhere. However there doesn’t seem to the same urgency with getting th folks scurrying about quite briskly. Everyone seems to be in a hurry to get somewhere. However there doesn’t seem to the same urgency with getting the work done. 3 hours for a oil change with tire rotation with an appointment time. I was compensated on cost and thanks for that but you are shooting your self in the foot. Spit and polish is nice to look at but results are remembered and bring in more business. Just a thought to consider. More

Made an appointment, I dropped the truck off night before so could have it all day, after waiting 15 minutes For a service writer I asked someone just to take the keys so I could leave I believe there was 4 so could have it all day, after waiting 15 minutes For a service writer I asked someone just to take the keys so I could leave I believe there was 4 or 5 of them? They seem to be all busy?? When I picked up the truck next day I had to wait again the job was still open even though I just walked by it in the parking lot? 10 minutes later they said they found my job ticket the service writer was off? Maybe I was wrong but they use to wash the vehicle was always a plus. A have a service agreement I hope next time is better this time was disappointing. More
