Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change at 8:00. Got right in, at 9:00 I noticed Ryan and other service guys in a meeting across from the waiting area. 9:30 they are still in there and I needed to g Got right in, at 9:00 I noticed Ryan and other service guys in a meeting across from the waiting area. 9:30 they are still in there and I needed to get to work. I go out and find Terry and ask if he could check on my truck and when I turned around I noticed it was already parked waiting for Ryan to finish my bill. Terry grabbed the paperwork and I paid. I get the need for meetings but when the waiting are is packed you should hand off the clients that are waiting for the guys in the meeting. I was impatient enough to go find Terry. In healthcare when a nurse leaves the floor she hands her patients off to someone else. There were other service guys outside so seems easy to do. More

The service advisor, Lee, is very caring And takes great care of the car and me when we come in. The parts people, Paul and Terry have been tremendous in finding replacement parts for the car. Gene, the parts manager Has also been extremely helpful. Lastly, Crista, The service manager has coordinated with each of the above individuals to ensure that I get an excellent outcome. I strongly recommend the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet service department. More
