Returned my car in worse condition Absolutely horrible experience. Car was in the shop for over a week. Brought my car in to fix my A/C and get an oil change. Car had to stay overnight. Drove off next day and the car was overheating and no oil in the middle of rush hour traffic... the car was shaking and not fully operable. Turns out they moved the radiator causing a leak. I was stranded in cape coral. The service advisor told me to get my car towed to my house and they will send a tow for me the next morning to the dealership. They also broke my hood and did not want to pay for it to be fixed after they told me it had to be shifted to fix the A/C. Instead they accused me.. since I hit a curb. The hood was fine and on correctly before I brought it in to you guys. but you didn’t care. They said they would call but I had to call them daily for any updates and left voicemails. I’m very disappointed as I got my first car here and have been a huge Chevy fan since. Will never return. Met a staff member on the way out and he told me you guys screwed him over too... an employee. Follow up 1/16: I’ve been dealing with corporate for 3 weeks now.I found out that my service advisor "resigned" the day after i picked my car up. Crista Poynor promised me she would send me a check that would cover the tow of $201 since I was all the way up in cape coral and the advisor incorrectly told me to have it towed to my house and then Rick Hendrick would tow it to the dealership in the morning. She said she was writing him up for this, completely unprofessional. I have not received any monies yet and it’s been close to a month now. I have tried calling her but haven’t received a response. I’ve been patient about waiting for the check since it was during the holidays but it is long past that. This is now how you treat your costumers. More
Friday 17th January we found that the drivers side front tire was damaged and needed replacement. We also found that the lug lock nut had been removed from our vehicle on a previous service visit. The tires tire was damaged and needed replacement. We also found that the lug lock nut had been removed from our vehicle on a previous service visit. The tires on the car are (225/55/R17) passenger car tires, Rick Hendricks part department did not have one in stock. They replaced the tire with 225 /65/R17 SUV tires. The results were a very noisy ride, a severe pull to the right under braking and a near accident in finding these results when having to suddenly brake due to careless driving by someone else. After checking with the manufacturer that the incorrect tires were used we are unsure if we can trust the Rick Hendricks Service Department or their parts department to provide proper support for our vehicles. While the sales personnel go out of their way to be helpful this does not carry over to the service section. More
Took 3 days to diagnose and fix my vehicle. Wednesday was overbooked so my truck wasn’t even looked at until Thursday. But it was after 5:00 before I got a call. The repair estimate wasn’t done so I still ha overbooked so my truck wasn’t even looked at until Thursday. But it was after 5:00 before I got a call. The repair estimate wasn’t done so I still had no idea of exactly what was wrong. On Thursday we had another vehicle in for an oil change but because of a battery issue it wasn’t finished until late Thursday. We returned to the dealership Friday morning to pick the car up and see the estimate for the repair on my truck. By noon my truck was finished. We had early morning appointments for both vehicles and really annoyed that because of the dealership’s inability to schedule appointments my truck sat for entire day before it was even touched. It would appear that there needs to be more service techs hired or fewer appointments booked per day. More

Service was adequate. Two hours for an oil change was far too long. Waiting area was inadequate. Corvette owners should be treated to some sort of special treatment. Even Kia has a special area for Its K far too long. Waiting area was inadequate. Corvette owners should be treated to some sort of special treatment. Even Kia has a special area for Its K900 customers. While waiting you are subjected to a banging door opening and closing Dealership needs a total makeover. It’s not 1959 anymore More

Excellent work by team in locating and securing my new Silverado which was outfit per my needs and spec. Also the sales and contracts team bent over backwards to assist with holding the vehicle, processin Silverado which was outfit per my needs and spec. You must be doing something right if you are in Naples Florida and you are selling a vehicle to a person in San Diego. Excellent team at RH and highly recommend them. More
