Vehicle in on 1/7/20 for a recall Had my 2109 Tahoe in for a recall on 1/7/20. It took twice as long as I was told. When we finally got the vehicle back, on the way home, there were Had my 2109 Tahoe in for a recall on 1/7/20. It took twice as long as I was told. When we finally got the vehicle back, on the way home, there were two error messages on the dash and the cruise control did not work. Had to take it back again on 1/9/20. Was there at 10:35 for a 10:45 appt. The service writer said that they would put a rush on it, as it was there error. It still took over any hour and a half to get the vehicle back. Not even, an "I'm sorry for your inconvenience". I had to speak with the service manager to expedite the service. Not a very good experience and would not recommend this dealership for service. More

Excellent experience I wasn’t planning on buying a car since I just bought one in 2018. My salesman Humberto was so honest and nice I came in with my daughter as she bought a traverse and I was just planning on helping her drive a vehicle home. Humberto helped my daughter and I was so impressed with him being so honest I bought a new one myself.
