No courtesy no one cares Entire wee trying to contact and make an appointment no one answer and no one calls back Even tried to make an appointment on line and I have the co Entire wee trying to contact and make an appointment no one answer and no one calls back Even tried to make an appointment on line and I have the conversation with a person on line I do have script of it no one called I finally made the appointment went there at 11 did nit pick up my truck until 5 pm I was told come back in one hour hour and a half I came back after 3 hours then an other 2 hours later not ready Truck was not washed I told them no because was too late I was told the tires were checked I know they were not because I know I check the tires on the screen and it tells you how much air they have The exact air was before still the same after numbers did not change It’s very dissatisfying disappointing More

Dedicated customer service In the ongoing process of restoring my 2006 Corvette, I returned yet again to Hendrick Chevrolet in order to get some parts put on my car. As has been the case previously, I received outstanding customer service from every person I encountered, including the service representatives, Lee and Ryan as well as Perry in parts and Krista, thee Service Manager. Never Again I bought my first new truck in 2016, and this is the third time that I had to argue with them about the service I received! The first time my truck wa I bought my first new truck in 2016, and this is the third time that I had to argue with them about the service I received! The first time my truck was still under warranty when the drivers side seat was coming apart. I was informed by them that it wasn’t covered under warranty and it was my fault that it was coming apart. After further discussion and they informed me that they would cover it But only one time. The second time I showed up for a regular service and requested ahead of time for my tires to be rotated and to top off all fluids. After I left I discovered that they had not rotated the tires nor did they tip off all fluids as the DEF fluid went empty after 300 miles of driving my vehicle, which should not happen until about 6000 miles. The last time I took my truck I had requested a regular service with my tires rotated and balanced, when I went to pick up my truck I had marked the tires to ensure that they were rotated. I discovered that they had not done this so before I left I went and talked with one of the service technician, I informed him of this and he started to argue with me about what was supposed to be completed, when I told him that not only when I requested the service I had asked for this to be done but also when I arrived I informed the service technician that I needed for the tires to be rotated and balanced with the truck service. Instead of arguing with the service technician I informed him that i has marked the tires and that they had not completed the job requested! they took my truck back to complete the job and said it would be done ASAP so I waited for this, and almost 3 hours later I got my truck back, this would of been nice to know that ASAP meant 3 hours! I will not be coming back unless there are some serious changes with there service department! P. S. They also would not start work on my vehicle unless I sign there paperwork in three places one of which I informed them that I did not want to be contacted and specifically wrote in do not contact me! But look at this here they have contacted me and here is there review! More
