Final paper signing seemed rushed and unimportant. Don’t care for getting paperwork on a flash drive. I signed up and paid for additional bumper to bumper warranty but don’t see it listed anywhere. Courteous and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars for his efforts. The facility however was like stepping back in time. I am surprised General Motors would not require the dealership to modernize. I doubt it meets their standards. In any event maybe something is planned for the near future? More

Almost 2 1/2 hr oil change Had an appointment, arrived and then waited almost 2 1/2 hrs for oil change. They said they were busy! Don’t overbook and make people wait.
