Worst experience ever from a service department I took my corvette in because it would not start and my engine light came when I dropped the car at rick Hendricks Chevy in Naples Florida I told the I took my corvette in because it would not start and my engine light came when I dropped the car at rick Hendricks Chevy in Naples Florida I told the service advisor my problems earlier that morning and he told me that no problem they had my car for over 6 hours called me to pick it up that it was all set when I did pick it up I paid and they gave me my keys immediately I noticed a problem my car would not start so I walked back to the advisor office and told him he jumped out and said oh no so sorry I will take it back again he did a few minutes later he came back with my car running and told me that new issues had happened to bring the car another day unbelievable people stay away from this dealership service department after me checking up on there manager they have gone through a few lately because of lots of complaints stay away Estero bay Chevrolet is night and day better than these so called advisor and technicians stay away folks. More
Matt Fisher is amazing! I have had bad experiences with Rick Hendricks when I purchased my car. I felt like I was being scammed and taken advantage of because I was a woman. Salesman inaction on promised 2nd set of keys. The buying process took way to long. The truck was not ready at our appointment time. Our issue is the 2nd set of keys they didn't have when we picked up the vehicle.The salesman said the keys would be mailed..Now if this guy sells Chevy trucks he knows you can't do that.After I called a couple other dealers I found this to be true.. Why we were told this I don't know. The truck must go to service to cut a key and program the new fob..After 3 weeks I called looking for our keys and this same salesman said he had to reorder them. I told him I talked to their parts guy and they were in stock...He proceeded to tell me that fob and blank key were sold..He finally agreed we need to bring the truck in. He was to get the parts on order and have service call us for an appointment.. Here we are a month after delivery. Another week of no answers ,My wife took the bull by the horns and called Karen in service, She told Karen about the non responsive salesman and we want our keys.She checked stock The parts were in stock . Karen set us up with an appointment and two days later with an hour wait we had our 2nd set of keys. This has been a very frustrating experience. Countless non returned calls . I feel we were not told the truth on this entire key fiasco .Why did we have to do the salesman's JOB? More

Doesn’t carry Corvette tires in stock Service advisor (Ryan) was professional and communicated really well. Austin was very disappointing. I looked at a car there, told him I had to transfer funds and I wanted to buy the car he sold it less than 5 hours later. When I called him back to tell him funds where trans told him I had to transfer funds and I wanted to buy the car he sold it less than 5 hours later.
