Austin was very disappointing. I looked at a car there, told him I had to transfer funds and I wanted to buy the car he sold it less than 5 hours later. When I called him back to tell him funds where trans told him I had to transfer funds and I wanted to buy the car he sold it less than 5 hours later. When I called him back to tell him funds where transferred, he said he sold it he was rude about telling me so. He should have called me. He gives car dealerships the reputation that is not needed. Good experience except for not having Sirius capability All was well until we went out to my new car and Jesse was setting up my radio. He asked me which stations I liked (AM or FM) I told him I only lis All was well until we went out to my new car and Jesse was setting up my radio. He asked me which stations I liked (AM or FM) I told him I only listen to Sirius and he never said the vehicle was not Sirius capable. Set up AM and FM and off I went, assuming he had also set up Sirius. When I got home, I called Sirius and they informed me that my vehicle did not have set up for and that I would have to contact the dealership for information. When I talked to Jesse, he said none of the 2020 vehicles are set up for Sirius. I am so disappointed in my lease purchase - especially when he informed me I would have to purchase an adapter for the vehicle. Then he said he would set it up with my car phone for me if I bring it back up to the dealership which I am going to do on Monday morning. Not happy at all about it but guessing at this point, I have no other option. I did speak to the General Manager, Matt Kugle, who I introduced my friend, Tony Donatelli to. Tony is a retired plant manger for GM and is very knowledgeable about leasing vehicles. More
Appointments don’t mattee I took my car in to have the coolant temperature sensor replaced. Waited 10 minutes for a service rep to even come over. I was then told my car wouldn I took my car in to have the coolant temperature sensor replaced. Waited 10 minutes for a service rep to even come over. I was then told my car wouldn’t even be diangosised by the end of the day despite having a 2:00 appointment. I explained that I didn’t need the car diangosised and just need the sensor replaced. Then I was told that the part probably wasn’t in stock even though I confirmed over the phone they had the part. My car was finally service after I said I rather go somewhere else if the repair couldn’t be done today like I was promised on the phone. 2.5 hours later and I get into my car and the check engine light is still on. They forgot to reset the sensor. While in the waiting room I met a lady who waited two hours for an oil change with an appointment. It was very clear they do not care about your time and whether you made an appointment. More
Slow and backed up. every time need service. After I left dealership I thought my tire threw a little stone. As it turn out it was my metal hex tire valve cap wasn’t put on all the way. No One Around to Write Up My Oil, Filter Change I had a 3:00 PM service appointment for oil and filter change.
