Frustrated Scheduled an appointment for Friday for a simple fix. Told the rep I was going on a weekend cruise and would be back Monday to pick up. Monday morning when the ship docked I didn’t see a voicemail so I decided to call. Lady who answered the phone couldn’t tell me if the vehicle was ready and only wanted to transfer me to someone that wasn’t there and she couldn’t tell me if he was coming in to answer my message. After about 10 calls Lee called me back and rectified the situation. If I didn’t call then I would have arrived to find my vehicle not touched. More
