I am disappointed with the reliability of the vehicle and service process. Water pump should not have failed yet. Also, I was not given the right information regarding the details of the repair. I was first told that it would be completed the same day and when I arrived I was told it would need to be kept overnight. I didn’t receive a call back to let me know the status of my vehicle. So, I called and I did not get information. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. At this point I am confused of what’s going on with my vehicle and I am without a vehicle. Seems like no one is on the same page. I was given a poor diagnosis. Is it just a gasket or is it the pump that failed? Not entirely happy with this experience! More
