I called in about a few questions about my warranty, and it was the best experience. I felt really dumb so I was hesitant to even call, but I'm so glad I did because Mikey was the sweetest and most helpful it was the best experience. They helped me get informed so i could make some really big decisions about my jeep, and I decided to come in to get my jeep fixed instead of selling it. The whole team was great! Pretty quick to take my jeep in, and fairly decent pricing (I had asked for quotes from other shops too). Not pleased with the customer service from Jerome (Jay) Reese. I brought my car in for a popping noise on May 7th, and had to keep calling to get an update on my car. I was finally told what was going on w Reese. I brought my car in for a popping noise on May 7th, and had to keep calling to get an update on my car. I was finally told what was going on with the my car, I was made aware that a part had to be shipped in and it would take a few days. I asked if my car was at least safe to drive or did they have a loner car. I was told there were rentals for a cost of $45/day but that I might qualify for a rental for no charge for 5 days. Jay stated he would give me a call back and I said yes please make sure to call back. I never received that call back and I had to be without a car for two weeks figuring out my back and forward to and from work. My car was estimated to be fixed by Monday May 19th,no later than Tuesday the 20th, and again never received a call to at least say the parts came in and they were working on my car or any updates. I called on Wednesday May 21st because I wasn't notified my car was ready all to hear my car was about to be ready for pick up. Once I received my car i was then told they had to order another part for my car that would take a couple of days to get in so I would still need to bring it back to get it fixed. My car is still making the popping noise that I took it in for. I also still haven't heard back from Jay to be told if the part has come in so I can take my car back. This service was unacceptable and I honestly don't feel like a valued customer. UPDATE: Called to speak with Jay on Wednesday and was told to give him a call Friday (today) as they are still waiting on another part and they can put me in a car until they finish my car until my car was done being worked on. Called and he wasn't in and still haven't received a call back. More
