It's all good when you're buying your vehicle, but when they give you complimentary oil changes......just remember it's going to take 2 and a 1/2 to 3 hours to get that done, even if you have an appointmen they give you complimentary oil changes......just remember it's going to take 2 and a 1/2 to 3 hours to get that done, even if you have an appointment ! It's ridiculous. The 1st one, my wife took it in and waited for 2 and 1/2 hours. They apologized and gave her a free detailing for the next time she would come in...... Which was today, and I went with her. It took 3 hours and 15 minutes, and I still didn't get the detailing done because the oil change took so long. Ashton Faircloth was the young man who checked us in, and after 2 hours, I checked with him, and his level on concern was zero. Every question of concern was met with a simple OK? I got 5 of those before I asked to speak to the manager ( He never came to see me; I had to go look for him ). His name is Darrell Wilson, and after I spoke with him, I completely understood why Ashton has no customer service skills. He is just like his manager. Neither could have cared less about the time. Darrell's response was, "Even though you have an appointment, there could be 1000 cars in front of you", and he told me that twice! My family and I bought 3 vehicles at that dealership last year.
