Which was today, and I went with her. It took 3 hours and 15 minutes, and I still didn't get the detailing done because the oil change took so long. Ashton Faircloth was the young man who checked us in, and after 2 hours, I checked with him, and his level on concern was zero. Every question of concern was met with a simple OK? I got 5 of those before I asked to speak to the manager ( He never came to see me; I had to go look for him ). His name is Darrell Wilson, and after I spoke with him, I completely understood why Ashton has no customer service skills. He is just like his manager. Neither could have cared less about the time.
