I do think that things could have been handled better for the most part. The dealership wasn't able to get my financing done and secured my own under my terms. He said I needed to come in the next day at 12pm, I suggested 9am so I could get things done an get some sleep. He insisted on 12 an I came in an it still tooked a long time. I was exhausted when I left with no car, I understand that my car was in NC and I had to wait. The dealership got there money as promised on same day an I have to wait till Monday for my car. The porters should have left this morning and had my car back today, after all you have your money. I hope they leave early enough Monday to catch dealership open and return to Duluth and clean my car so I can get it before I have to go back to work Monday night. I'm happy for my car not the service I'm getting. I had to call several times yesterday to get updates on process. More

This service department is always very helpful with everything from diagnostics when there are issues to suggesting needed services to avoid future issues - and always take the time to answer any quest everything from diagnostics when there are issues to suggesting needed services to avoid future issues - and always take the time to answer any questions I have. I've never had any service department take the time to ride in my Jeep with me to test drive it once they've done work on it to make sure the problem I was having had been fixed but I was pleasantly surprised when Matt offered to do exactly that the very first time I took my Jeep here for service. I also appreciate the effort made to provide me with us much information as possible when a big decision on an expensive service or purchase needs to be made. My service advisor, Eric(along with Matt) spent a lot of time going over different tires with me and even took the time to show me pictures of the tires on similar Rubicons online so I would be happy with how they looked on my Rubicon. My next visit to get the new tires rotated I needed help setting up the Bluetooth with my new phone and Eric was happy to help. Over the years I have taken my Jeeps to several different service departments and it's very nice to finally find one that genuinely cares to help you with big things, small things and everything in between. As a female who isn't very "vehicle savvy", I can't express how much I appreciate the great service I receive here! More
