I was called and informed if I wrote a review and returned to the dealership a free detail and tank of gas would be provided. Seeing as how I had a good experience buying from the dealership I filled returned to the dealership a free detail and tank of gas would be provided. Seeing as how I had a good experience buying from the dealership I filled out a 5 star review and went in just for a gas refill. Was told it would only be about 10 minutes for the associate to return for the gas key. After a 45 minute wait, I was informed it was going to be another 5 to 10 minutes until the gas key was back. I waited 5 more minutes then told them not to bother and left. If not being able to do a refill, that the dealership called and offered me, in a timely manner that should of been said to me instead of wasting an hour of my time. It seems punctuality and honest customer service is only important when they plan on getting your money. More
