I live almost three hours away and called checking on a truck. Was told by the internet sales lady that they had 8 in stock. Was called later that evening by a different salesman and he verified as well th truck. Was told by the internet sales lady that they had 8 in stock. Was called later that evening by a different salesman and he verified as well that 8 were on the lot and a available. Drove down the next morning and they had ZERO of what I was told!! Said they were sorry and would talk to her…hope they do. She also thought that the 6.4 Hemi was a 6.4 Hemi Turbo Diesel with an 8 inch bed. I corrected her on the 6,7 being the diesel and it’s an8 foot bed, she still kept getting it wrong. Absolutely horrible experience!!! Did get a cup of “free” coffee though. It wasn’t worth the drive….or free lol More

Nice friendly staff. Much better than other dealerships I have used. Small issue but worth mentioning: -tires were rotated but air pressures were not checked and adjusted -there was a plate size muddle o have used. Looks like residue oil off the framing from when the oil was drained. Really no huge problem and I will use Hendricks again. More
