The service of the facility in a whole is terrible. I wish I had a time machine to go back because the customer service sucks. They just want you to buy a car so they get they commission, and sorta sweet wish I had a time machine to go back because the customer service sucks. Don’t fully help you any more and just terrible service. They take advantage, sweet talk, and bribe you for all 10s and yeses then nothing. You don’t hear from them no other outside communication, nothing. This is mainly for the sales team because I was sweet talked into allowing one of the sales members to actually fill out the survey for me because they did good day 1. But literally after that everything went downhill. More
