Friday appointment. Said would be read in 2-3 days. It took over a week. Parts were not available but that is why I brought it to a Dodge dealership. My car did not get the service that I took it in for. I was told my car would take 72 hrs to be serviced, it ended up taking a week and a half. Service personnel were great (Montae) but the back up on getting my car fixed was way too long. Hopefully that will improve. Overall Montae is a 10; delay to get car fixed was a 2. Montae Williams was fantastic and took care of me and kept communication open and clear. There was a technical error indicating I said yes to having more services when I had checked no. He quickly resolv kept communication open and clear. There was a technical error indicating I said yes to having more services when I had checked no. He quickly resolved the extra costs and I greatly appreciated his efforts for that. I will certainly be bringing my Jeep back here for service in the future. More
