Liars. Deceitful. Dishonest. What a brand! I am so happy to have sold my Jeep and never have to deal with these people again. The selling experience was a nightmare. (which I have already reviewed in happy to have sold my Jeep and never have to deal with these people again. The selling experience was a nightmare. (which I have already reviewed in the past) Lies such as telling me that lo-jack was installed and I had to pay for it when it was not. Or the lie that they did a "x point inspection" on the car before selling it to me and it broke down on the highway the first day because they installed THE WRONG BATTERY! A car that needed constant repair over the 18 months I owned it and having terrible service experiences every single time. The best was when the service agent told me that the warranty I purchased was "no longer valid because it had been canceled by... ME!" Can you imagine.. Trying to revoke the warranty I bought, telling me that "it says here that it was cancelled by the customer" (I had to go to the GM of the location to get it resolved. He was always helpful. Made me wonder why every single other person I have dealt with at this company is incompetent). Lies about the service of my vehicle. After waiting 2 weeks.. "yes sir, she's all fixed, come on in"... only to get in the car and notice that the warning light that I brought it in for was still on! "oh my gosh sir.. I didn't even notice that!, that's not good" ...sure.. He said this AFTER I asked him if he had test driven the car to make sure it was fixed! Not to mention the lack of communication in the service department who had my car for ~3 weeks and would not return my calls when inquiring about the status. And then,... Trying to charge me for the loaner even though I specifically asked why he printed out an ~$800 invoice for the loaner when I took out the care and he said "you won't pay this".. and after having no loaner for 2 of the 3 weeks they had my car. I bring the loaner back and they charged me. ...I had to dispute the charge. The list goes on and on. I purposely sold the car, just so I would not have to deal with this company ever again!! I hope this review discourages folks from doing business with them. Or, that it helps them create a culture of integrity and trust and customer service. More

Terrible service. Lied to me about who the loan was through wouldn’t recommend to no one . Paid for insurance for a car then wind up telling me I can’t get the car . They have to order a part so basically I’m paying for a note that’s due when I haven’t even drove the car and it’s been 2 weeks More
