I recently purchased a vehicle. I made the salesperson aware that I would like for the inside of the car to be detailed and the smoke smell gone. He assured that it would be taken care of. The only thing that was detailed was the outside. The inside wasn’t touched. It still had the odor with stains on the seats and drink residue in the cup holders. I made the salesman aware and he assured I could bring it back the following Tuesday and he would get it taken care of. Tuesday I took time off of work to drop the car off to be cleaned. That evening I called him to make sure the car was ready and he said it was. Note I live an hour and 30 minutes away. When I arrived I opened the car door to see that the car hadn’t even been touched. This was very disappointing and a waste of my time. Also since the car was purchased on Black Friday we were promised a tv as apart of the promotion and that we could pick it up Tuesday when I was back at the dealership only to find out that they don’t know what happened to the tv. It’s been lies after lies and this isn’t how you treat a paying customer. More
