I was in for service and was waiting on my vehicle and walked the lot looking at other vehicles. I opened a vehicle up and sat in it and out of nowhere a salesman approached me and stated that I didn't ne walked the lot looking at other vehicles. I opened a vehicle up and sat in it and out of nowhere a salesman approached me and stated that I didn't need to be in the car without a salesperson and stated that the vehicle shouldn't have been unlocked. I proceed to say I come here all the time and have never had any issues with this. He proceeds to say that well this is new because things have been happening. I wasn't sure what he meant by that but took offense to it because he was extremely rude and not one time did he even greet me. Fast forward they informed me that my vehicle was ready. I proceed to pay and have to locate my vehicle. Finally find it and see that they never replaced the old oil change sticker on the windshield. I get into the car and noticed they never reset the service light. So at this point I'm upset and questioning whether they even changed the oil. The service person was literally wanting me to be ok with it and had a rebuttal so I request the Mgr and then they start offering me free service which was an insult. At this point I'm livid and felt disrespected fas a whole. I would never recommend ANYONE to do business with this dealership. I get that COVID has changed a lot but this was to me just blatant unprofessional and disrespectful. So please take you car elsewhere I definitely won't ever patronize this company again. More

Mark at the dealership lied and said I needed to come in to sign paperwork because the loan company Gobal Lending Service decided not to give me the loan so he needed to find me another loan company only to to sign paperwork because the loan company Gobal Lending Service decided not to give me the loan so he needed to find me another loan company only to find out that he was taking the car back from me just because I didn't return his calls when he wanted me to, Global Lending have contacted me and ask me for paystub and I let them know that I was told that they back out on the loan...and the lady said that they did not... I also was charge $30 per day for having the car and that wasn't fair at all when they gave me a car that already had a wreck on the left back side.. this place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody. I will see you in court!!!! More

So far so good with my repair (being only 15 miles). The dealership looks super clean and professional. My main complaint is that repairs take a long time now a days. I think the dealership should get more mechanics that handle complex work so that they can speed the repairs for things like transmission and differential seal replacement, transmission filter changes, etc. I really like the dealership but the wait is getting to the point that it really is too much.
